Cheryl M. Jacobs

Cheryl M. Jacobs, 71, of Windham, NH, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, June 15, 2026, with her family by her side. Born on December 1, 1954, in Methuen, Mass, she was the daughter to Vivian (Sawyer)Tinker and the late Harold Tinker. She is also survived by her siblings Keith Tinker, Wayne Tinker, and Pamela Poff. She was a devoted and beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews, whom she often treated to sporting events, concerts, vacations, and special outings. She treasured the time she spent with them and took great joy in being part of their lives.

Cheryl graduated from Presentation of Mary High School and attended Castle Jr College.

Cheryl married the love of her life, Edward Jacobs, with whom she shared 30 wonderful years of marriage. They met at Raytheon, where Cheryl enjoyed a long and successful career and formed many lifelong friendships.

Together, Cheryl and Ed shared a love of travel and adventure. They enjoyed numerous cruises and visited destinations including New Zealand, Greece, and the Caribbean. They also spent many winters in Florida and enjoyed yearly trips to Las Vegas. Cheryl loved playing cards and spending long evenings with close friends.

Above all else, Cheryl cherished her family. She loved hosting holidays and family gatherings, especially Christmas. The memories she created and the love she shared will remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Friends and family are invited to Calling Hours on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 10 AM – 12 Noon, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Service will begin at 12 Noon, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen, MA.
