William "Bill" B. Foley, 80 of Hudson, NH passed unexpectedly Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at his home.  Bill was born on October 22, 1943, in Somerville, MA to Thomas and Grace (Callahan) Foley.

Bill retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Army after proudly serving for over thirty years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion. Bill was an avid New England sports fan, especially of the Patriots. He was a devout Catholic and Eucharistic Minister of Saint Anne's Parish in Hampstead, NH. Above all, Bill was a family man. He will always be cherished as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Joyce (Calabufalo) Foley; his children, Kevin Foley and his wife Amy of Londonderry, NH, Kristin Foley and her lifelong partner Michael Fiori of Londonderry, NH, and David Foley and his wife Sarah of Methuen, MA; his grandchildren, Ryan Young, Stephen Young, Michael Foley, Abigail Foley, Kailyn Foley and Jacek Foley; siblings Thomas Foley, Jr. and his wife Joanne and Mary Beth Butler; his sister-in-law Debra David, whom he was a father figure to and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by his brother-in-law Charles Butler.

Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours on Monday, December 11th from 4 – 7 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 12th 10:30 AM at St. Anne's Parish, 26 Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH. Interment will follow with United States Army Honors at the NH State Veteran's Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.act.alz.org/donate).
