Thelma M. (Brousseau) Intoppa, 93, passed away on Thursday morning, April 18th, 2024, at the Mount Carmel Nursing Center in Manchester, NH.

She was born on February 7, 1931, to Kathleen (Tracey) and Alvin Brousseau. Thelma was raised in Medford, Massachusetts and attended local schools. She met the love of her life, William F. Intoppa when the two were in Junior High School and the couple went on to share over fifty years of marriage. Thelma was a devoted mother and homemaker.

One passion she pursued throughout her life was painting. She took great time and care to create beautiful still-life pieces.

Thelma is survived by her children, James Intoppa and his wife Kathleen of Derry, NH, Gary Intoppa of Derry, and Jeffrey Intoppa and his partner, Janell Hodgdon of Somerville, MA; her grandchildren, Melissa Evans, Jamie Intoppa, Kaitlin Intoppa, Jill Marie DeBenedictis, Jeffrey Intoppa Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Julian Evanson and Carlo, Bianca, and Gia DeBenedictis; her brother, Alvin Brousseau and his wife Carole; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Thelma was predeceased by her husband, William Intoppa; her stepfather, James McCormack; and her sister, Doris Boucher.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 23rd from 10am to 12pm, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12pm, at the funeral home.
