Teresa M. Boudreau, 69, passed away after a long illness, on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Center.
She was born on August 22, 1954, Anna M. (Donovan) and Peter R. Boudreau. Teresa was raised in Revere, Massachusetts until the age of five when her family moved to Salem, NH. She attended St. Joseph Parochial school and graduated from Salem High in 1973. She began her career working for Data ED and later went on to work for the Town of Salem, Public Works Department, where she meticulously cared for Pine Grove Cemetery. Teresa moved to Florida, where she became a certified medical coder. Upon returning home to Salem, she worked at the Casella Recycling Facility.
Teresa loved to host lobster and clambakes for family and friends at her home. She enjoyed kayaking, hot air balloon rides, and lovingly caring for her dogs, Bandit, Midnight, Bailey, and Kahlua.
Teresa was predeceased by her parents, Anna and Peter Boudreau. She leaves behind her brothers and their wives, John & Michele of Windham, Ray & Judy of Litchfield, and Robert & Pam of Colorado. She also leaves behind her nephews, Michael, Mark, and Jason; as well as her nieces, Nicki, Michelle, and Sarah.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Center for the care and compassion that was shown to Teresa during her time with them.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 24th, from 9:30am to 10:30am, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am at St. Joseph Church, 43 Main Street, Salem, NH 03079. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
