Sheila (Arrasin) Carrier, 78, passed away on March 22nd, 2023, at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.

She was born on December 26, 1944, to the late Madeline (Huot) and Andrew Arrasin in Fitchburg, MA, where she was raised and received her education. In her adulthood, Sheila moved to Chelmsford, where she began her career in banking.

After marrying Jeff Carrier, Sheila moved to Hollis, NH, which became her home for the next thirty years.

Sheila enjoyed keeping her mind and hands busy with her cookbooks, crossword puzzles, reading, and stitchwork. She was proficient with thread and would spend much of her time sewing, crocheting, and working on her needlepoint. Sheila spent many summers vacationing at her cottage on Bustins Island in Casco Bay.  Above all else, Sheila coveted time spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of thirty years, Jeffrey Carrier of Hollis, NH; her children, Paula Holigan and her husband Dave of Atkinson, NH, Eric Abney and his wife Martha of Fremont, NH, Scott Carrier and his wife Sarah of Beverly, MA, and Kristen Carrier of Minnesota; her grandchildren, Amber, Shannon, Bridget, Emily, Ian, Avery, Layna, Connor, and Brooke; her brother, Douglas Arrasin; as well as many other extended family members in Fitchburg.

In addition to her parents, Sheila was predeceased by her sister, Michelle Vega.

To honor her wishes, there will be no funeral services.
