Saverio Luccisano, 97, of Methuen, MA passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, July 2, 2024, at the Warde Health Center in Windham, NH.
Savy, also known as Sal to many, was born on July 31, 1926, to Maria (Femia) and Vincenzo Luccisano. He was raised in Italy where he met and married the love of his life, Maria Galluzzo in 1947. He was an avid gardener and considered a local legend because of the abundance and variety of his crops. Savy could often be found in the kitchen making all the family favorite Italian dishes. In addition, he loved his annual tradition of wine making with his family. Another lifetime passion of Saverio's was his love for ballroom dancing.
In addition to his parents, Saverio was predeceased by his wife, Maria Luccisano.
