Sandra Jean (Boudreau) Tulley, 61, of Methuen, MA, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Lawrence General Hospital, with her loved ones by her side.

Sandra was born on November 17, 1962, to the late Rudolph and Rachel (Tardiff) Boudreau, in Methuen, MA. She was a longtime resident of Salem, NH, where she and her husband, Patrick Tulley, Sr., raised their three sons. She loved her family and enjoyed spoiling them any and every opportunity she had. She loved with her entire heart and anyone who was lucky enough to enjoy the spoils appreciate her endlessly, her love will be felt for lifetimes to come.

Sandra was always crafty with her imagination, and with that imagination she transformed our house into a "home", which was always under some form of construction. She enjoyed gardening, designing curtains, constantly changing with each time a room was re painted, floors changed, and light fixture swaps.

She is survived by her husband Patrick Tulley, Sr. and her sons Patrick Tulley, Jr., Andrew Tulley and Matthew Tulley.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 4 - 7 PM, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at Saint Monica Parish, 212 Lawrence Street, Methuen, MA 01844.
