Sandra Arnold, 65, of Derry, NH, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Born on February 19, 1961, in Natick, MA, she was the daughter of Mitsuko and the late James M. Cole.
Sandra was incredibly brilliant, earning her Bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude from Franklin Pierce University and later her Master’s degree from New Hampshire College. A dedicated Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she possessed a sharp analytical mind and an admirable work ethic. Over a successful 20-year career at ProfitKey, she proudly worked her way up to leadership as the Director of Finance. More recently, she brought her financial expertise to Granite State Analytical, serving as their Controller.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sandra was born to be a mother and a helping hand to anyone in need. She extended her fierce generosity and warmth to everyone who crossed her path, acting as a friend to the lonely. A passionate, lifelong animal lover, she regularly donated to numerous animal rescue organizations and cared deeply for all creatures. Throughout her life, her home was filled with the joy of her beloved dogs, having raised three Scotties and two Westies over the years.
Sandra knew how to embrace life's simple pleasures. She was an avid reader who truly loved settling down with a good book. She enjoyed going out with "her girls" for good food, shows, and relaxing facials, and loved spending weekends exploring local farm stands. A passionate sports fan, she held season tickets to the Manchester Monarchs and never missed a Boston Bruins game, fiercely cheering on her favorite player, Brad Marchand.
Travel brought Sandra immense happiness, especially her cherished family trips. She adored their vacations to Florida to experience the magic of Disney World every single year, as well as their meaningful trips to Lancaster, PA, to immerse themselves in the Amish lifestyle and culture.
Above all else, Sandra’s greatest joy and most proud accomplishment in life was her daughter, Nicolette. Sandra truly lived through Nicolette, pushing her to become a basketball star and standing by her side as her ultimate champion. She was a constant, devoted presence, driving Nicolette to basketball practices, games, and workouts all around the country. She was not just a mother, but a best friend and a lifelong guardian.
Sandra is survived by her daughter, Nicolette Arnold, and her fiancé Trey Hoepner of Londonderry, NH; her mother, Mitsuko Cole of Natick, MA; her sister, Linda Birch of Methuen, MA; her best friends, Darlene Bosell and Lisa Ames, both of Derry, NH; and her cherished grand-dog, Bogey. In addition to her father, Sandra was predeceased by her sister, Susan Sweeney.
