Robert F. Guyre, Jr. passed away on April 20th, 2026, at Elliot Hospital in Manchester NH.

Born in Seattle, Washington on October 6, 1942, to Margaret (Bruckler) and Robert F. Guyre, Sr., Bob was the oldest of fourteen siblings. He was predeceased by his parents, his son Robert F. Guyre, III, his son Michael E. Guyre, five brothers, and a sister.

He is survived by the mother of his children, Eunice (Natina) Guyre, his daughter Cheryl Guyre, three brothers, and four sisters, his grandson Michael R. Guyre, wife Lynne, their two daughters Molly and Chloe, his caring and devoted granddaughter Kelcie Guyre, her partner Noble, and their son Noah, and Melissa Roberto D'Alessandro whom he lovingly referred to as his stepdaughter, her husband Thomas D'Alessandro and their children (Bob's step grandkids)  Olivia, Evelyn and Vincent, and many dear friends who he referred to as "my team".

He grew up in Ridgefield Park, NJ, attending grammar school in Bogota, NJ; Bergen Catholic High School, Oradell, NJ; earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersy Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ; and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College in Springfield, MA.

Bob's first job after college was a Shift-Test Engineer on the USS Enterprise, Nuclear Aircraft Carrier. Two years later, he moved to Enfield, CT with his former wife Eunice (Natina) Guyre and their son Robert, where they then had their son Michael and daughter Cheryl.

The family moved to Windham, NH in 1975. In 1979, Bob established Guyre Associates, a Marketing and Advertising Business located for a number of years on Haverhill Road in Windham, which is now known as Friendly Red's Tavern.

He was an active member of the town, volunteering as a baseball coach, member of the Windham Master Plan Committee.  Bob was also a founding member of St. Matthew Parish, Knights of Columbus Council 7572.  He became a fourth Degree Knight and as Grand Knight he organized the council to become a Star Council, an honor dedicated to the best run councils worldwide. The council has remained a Star Council, for over a decade, continuing to this day.  There a scholarship gifted annually in his name.

Bob especially enjoyed fishing and boating on Cobbetts Pond with his son Michael.  He also enjoyed clamming in Hampton and any time he could be on the water with friends.

Bob will be waked at Carrier Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH, on Tuesday, April 28th from 9-10:30 am, followed by a mass at St. Matthew Parish, 2 Searles Road, Windham, NH at 11 am. Burial will take place immediately following mass, on Ministerial Road, Cemetery on the Plain in Windham where he will join his two sons. A Mercy Meal will follow at St. Matthew Parish Hall.
