Obituary

Paul F. Tully, 88, of Hampstead, NH, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Colonial Poplin Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 6, 1935, to the late Thomas and Anna (Donovan) Tully, in Boston, MA.

Paul devoted twenty tireless years of service with the United States Air Force, first as a Supply Operations Officer before later entering the role of Logistic Plans and Program Officer. Upon his retirement from the military, Paul returned to school in pursuit of his PhD. He then spent the next twenty years of his life as a professor of Business at the University of Sacramento prior to a well-deserved retirement.

In his free time, Paul enjoyed staying active in both body and mind, with hobbies including his frequent runs and passion for reading. He was also a sports fan, with baseball and hockey serving amongst his favorites to cheer on. Above all else, Paul most loved spending time with family and watching his combined 39 grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow.

In addition to the love of his life, Constance (Chartier) Tully, Paul leaves behind his children, Mary Starliper and husband Steven of Denver, CO, Patricia Tully Lankford of Boise, ID, Kevin Tully and wife Stacy of Portland, OR, and Brian Tully and wife Niki of Castlerock, CO; sister, Regina Tully of New York, NY; extended family, Raymond Chamberlain and Jane of Lodi, CA,  Lori Shennett and husband George of Northwood, NH, and Lisa Yeomans of Zephyrhills, FL.
