Patricia
Podogrodzki
Mar 11, 1938 — Nov 16, 2023
Atkinson
Patricia J. Podogrodzki 85, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 16 in her Atkinson, NH home with her beloved husband by her side.
She was born to Morgan and Julia (Costello) Connolly on March 11, 1938, in Galway, Ireland. She immigrated to the United States when she was 18 years old.
Patricia is survived by her husband Ronald Podogrodzki, who was the love of her life. They married in 1975 and have spent the past 48 years devoted to one another. She is also survived by her three children; Earl S Lincoln and his wife Deborah from Loudon, NH, Morgan M Lincoln from Springfield, VT, and Patricia C Lincoln from Atkinson, NH; her grandchildren Amanda M Lincoln, Miq Meserve, and Katie D Lincoln as well as many cherished Nieces and Nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Patrick (Padharic) Connolly, Maureen Mulkerrin, James (Jimmy) Connolly; and her granddaughter, Kristi Allison Lincoln.
Patricia was a quiet woman, but her love for those she cherished was fierce. She was strong and resilient. She made her way on her own and worked hard to provide for her family. She spent many years working at Kenoza Hillcrest Nursing Home and Haverhill Manor Nursing Home before retiring in 2000. She knew what it was to struggle and knew what it was to overcome. She enjoyed her time with her husband taking long rides, visiting the casino, eating out, and listening to country music. She enjoyed shopping on QVC and rooting for any team playing against Tom Brady. She loved the home she shared with her husband and daughter Patricia. She spent summer days sitting outdoors and enjoying her roses.
"But come ye back when summer's in the meadow, Or when the valley's hushed and white with snow, It's I'll be here in sunshine or in shadow, Oh, Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so!
Private Services will be held. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St Jude's Hospital for Children, Pats favorite charity.
