Patricia "Patti" Lynn (Rivetts) Mitchell, 65, of Derry, NH passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the Community Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.

Patti was born on August 28, 1957 to Dorothy (Page) and Patrick Rivetts. She was raised and received her education in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Patti began her career in Social Services in Massachusetts and later worked for the State of New Hampshire, Department of Human Health Services. After years of working with the state she decided to go out on her own and started MediApp Consulting. Patti was devoted to her work and truly cared about her clients.

In her spare time, Patti could be found spending time at the beach, working in her yard, or in her kitchen, cooking up a beautiful Italian meal. She was an animal lover and had a special place in her heart for horses and her dogs.

Patti is survived by her sons, Jason Butler and his fiancé Robyn Duguay of Raymond, NH and Ian Mitchell and his wife Tamra Maldonado of Manchester, NH; her grand-dogs; and her sisters, Sheila, Janice, and Judy Bradley. She sincerely appreciated her small group of family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday evening, June 7th from 4 to 7pm, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087.
