R. Michael Lehane, 81 of Salem, NH, died peacefully May 10, 2023 at the High Pointe Hospice House, Haverhill, MA.

Mike was born in Lawrence, MA to the late Raymond M. and Marie M. (O'Sullivan) Lehane. He grew up and was educated in Lawrence, MA. He was a resident of Salem, NH for over 50 years.

Mike was retired from the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department, where he worked at Brentwood Jail as a Sergeant and Manchester/Boston Regional Airport (MHT). He served in law enforcement for the state for 31 years. Mike was an avid golfer and an active member of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem, where he served as an usher.

Mike was predeceased by his beloved wife Joyce (Travers) Lehane and his son James M. "Wheels" Lehane.

He is survived by his son Mark and his wife Christine Lehane of Salem, NH

Grandchildren: Kristina Marie and her husband Joseph Bonita of Goshen, NY and Kyra-Gem Lehane of Washingtonville, NY.

Great Grandchildren: Ryleigh Marie Bonita, Myla-Ray Lehane, and McKayla Jude Millisci.

Brother: Timothy and his wife Phyllis Lehane of Palm Coast, FL along with cousins: Kevin and Timothy Lehane.

Sister: Helen and her husband Richard Davis of Flagler Beach, FL along with cousins: Michael Davis, Richard Davis, Kristine Aguirre and Patricia Davis.

Friends and relatives are invited to a Funeral Mass on Thursday, June 1 ^st at 11 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH.
