Mary was born on June 6, 1936, in Cedar Rapids, Nebraska, to the late August and Mary (Bogus) Feik. She received her education in the Columbus, Nebraska, school system at St. Bonaventure Catholic School. In the late 1960s, she and her beloved husband, Kenneth, moved to New Hampshire, where they built their life together.
Mary spent several years working in the insurance industry at AIG, where she ultimately retired as an underwriter. She was an active member of the former Holy Cross Parish in Derry, New Hampshire, and found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She especially enjoyed embroidery, reading, gardening, and birdwatching. Mary also had a special love for dogs, and her beloved best buddy, Sissy, remained faithfully by her side right up until the very end.
Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kenneth P. Meuse; her daughter, Jeanne M. Bosch; and her great-grandson, Cameron Bosch.
She leaves behind her two daughters, Elizabeth Box and Patricia Lay; her son, Jeffrey Meuse; and eight grandchildren: Matthew Box, Nathaniel Box, Sarah Box and her fiancé, Edward Graziano, Alexandra Lay, Ariel Lay, Douglas Lay, Kimberly Bosch, and Gregory Bosch. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Caleb McKeaver, Elizabeth McKeaver, and Mila Colarusso, as well as several nieces and nephews who knew her as Aunt Dee Dee.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation on Sunday, November 22, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, New Hampshire.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 23, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, 575 Candia Road, Manchester, New Hampshire 03109. Burial will follow at Last Rest Cemetery in Merrimack, New Hampshire.
