Lynne M. Mecka, 70, of Sandown, NH, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Parkland Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 25, 1952, to the late Kenneth and Albenia (Cormier) Cochrane, in Melrose, MA.

Lynne had many joys in life. She loved to knit, play bingo, work in her garden, raise chickens and even make maple syrup for the family. Most of all, Lynne loved her family and spending time with them. She was a proud Military Mom.

Lynne is survived by her husband: Alan, of Sandown, NH; her son: Timothy Donovan, of Derry, NH; her brother: Paul Cochrane; and her grandchildren: Christina, Alexandria, and Nicholas.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her children: Nancy Pournaras, and Christopher Donovan; and her siblings: Gail Webster and Daniel Cochrane.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023, from 9-11 AM, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A funeral service will begin at 11 AM.
