Luke M. Mroz, 41, of Salem, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 29, 2022. He was born on April 5, 1981, to the late Drs. Janusz and Anita (Godlewska) Mroz, in Opole, Poland.

Luke had many joys in life, including snowboarding, attending live music venues, technology and politics. After receiving degrees in Computer Science and Biology from the University of Buffalo he worked in software engineering, eventually becoming a freelance software developer as he pursued his passion of public service. He was deeply involved in politics, including his volunteer work on multiple campaigns, which transitioned to his work as the deputy operations director and legislative aide for Rand Paul, and eventually his own campaign for New Hampshire House of Representatives.  Luke was an avid reader and podcast listener on all things business, entrepreneurship, politics, and finance.  He always kept in touch with family and friends by sending news articles pertaining to their lives and interests.  Most of all, Luke loved his family, especially his nephews who loved to talk to him about gaming, music and their common interests.

Luke will be remembered fondly by his brothers: Martin "Marty" Mroz, and his wife Irena, of Dover, MA, and Peter Mroz, and his wife Melissa, of Pittsford, NY; and his nephews: Nick, Alex, Ryan, and Preston. He was also a beloved godfather to Nick.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022, from 10-11 AM, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A funeral service will follow immediately at 11 AM, at the funeral home.
