Kyle David Britton, 51, of Haverhill, MA, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the Lowell General Hospital.

He was born on May 16, 1973, to Donna (Richardson) and Alfred Britton. Kyle was raised in Haverhill, attended local schools, and graduated from Whittier Technical High School. He began his culinary career working at local restaurants, including Pocari's. Kyle followed the love of his life, Diane Hugo, to California, where he worked as a chef at Pala casino. Upon becoming a Dad, Kyle proudly became a stay-at-home Dad.

Kyle was always involved in his children's sports teams, whether he was coaching or spectating. He was also an avid Boston sports fan. Kyle was a member and sat on the board of the Haverhill Dart League for ten years and had earned the title of Dart Champion. He was also incredibly involved with his church, Grace Assembly of God, where he served as a youth leader for a few years and then many years as the church sound tech.

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Diane Britton; their sons, Alexander, Anthony, and Savior Britton; his father and stepmother, Alfred and Grace Britton of Georgetown, MA; his brother, Layne Britton and his wife Lyn of Haverhill, as well as their children, Jordan and his wife Jillian Britton, Sharyn Britton, and Katelyn Britton; his sister-in-law, Catheleen Lowry and her husband Dennis of OK, and their children Trevor York of CA, Ashley York of OK, Megan York of Ok, and Jamie Lowry of CA; his brother-in-law, Kirk Hugo and his wife Michelle of CA, as well as their son, Derek Hugo.

Kyle was predeceased by his mother, Donna Britton, and Diane's parents Chuck and Peggy Hugo of CA.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for January 11, 2025, at 11:00AM.
