Kevin W. Fancy, 70, lifelong resident of Salem, NH, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

Kevin was born on December 28, 1955, to Phyllis (Sawchuk) Fancy and the late Sumner L. Fancy, in Lawrence, MA. He was a graduate of Salem High School, class of 1973. After graduation, he entered the printing industry, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather as a third-generation owner of the Salem Press.

He enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping, and spending time with family, especially his granddaughter. She was his pride and joy, and Kevin cherished every moment as her dear “Gunca”.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Sheila (Minton) Fancy; his mother Phyllis Fancy; his children Zachary Fancy and his wife Sarah of Londonderry, NH and Jessica Fancy of Salem, NH; his granddaughter Hailey Fancy; his brother Brian Fancy; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

In addition to his father, he is predeceased by his sister Cathy Dubois.
