Keith C. McKevitt, 62, of Hudson, NH, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, surrounded by his loved ones.

Keith was born on July 13, 1963, in Bronx, NY, he was the seventh child and third son of the late Charles McKevitt and Irene (Domaldovich) McKevitt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Beverly, Rita, Brian, and Kim.

Keith is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Laura (Mari) McKevitt; his daughter Erin McKevitt; his son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Andrea (Schiavo) McKevitt; and his son, Quinn McKevitt. He also leaves behind two cherished grandchildren, Thea and Leo. Siblings Loretta White and her husband Donald and Kevin McKevitt and his wife Kathleen (Bateman); brothers-in-law Joseph Mari and Adam Mari; many nieces, nephews, and cousins along with an extended circle of family and friends who will miss him dearly.

For 30 years, Keith worked as a salesman for Claridge Products in Mamaroneck, NY, before entering an early retirement due to illness. His exceptional customer services and dedication earned him the deep respect of peers and clients alike across the industry.

Keith was a larger-than-life presence, in both stature and personality, touching the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing him. His warmth and lighthearted spirit brought immense joy to those around him, and his hilarious family stories were always the highlight of gatherings, leaving everyone in laughter. He was well known for his passionate love of all things Star Wars and Star Trek, could easily quote the stats of almost any sports figure, and was a reigning master at Trivial Pursuit.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life in New York at a later date to honor and remember Keith’s vibrant life. Details to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial fund to support Keith’s son, Quinn McKevitt, who is disabled and served as a devoted caregiver to his father throughout his illness. Contributions can be made online via GoFundMe:
