Justin J. Swalgen, 24, of Derry, NH passed away on December 16, 2023 after a tragic accident.  He was surrounded by his loved ones and went in peace. Justin was born on July 10, 1999, in Haverhill, MA to James and Stefanie (Howard) Swalgen.

Justin is survived by his loving parents James A. and Stefanie L. Swalgen; his brothers, Jacob J. Swalgen of Derry, NH and Jimmy W. and his wife Colleen (Adams) Swalgen of Hopkinton, NH; his grandmother Mary Ann Fawson and her husband Kevin; his grandfather Ronald Howard and his fiancé Monica Corriveau; his aunt Leeann Wirth; great aunt Gloria Swalgen; his cousins Joshua, Brittnee and Brandon; his loving girlfriend Kat Donoghue, and Justin's special friend Peter Maggio Jr. who helped him so much in life. Justin is predeceased by his grandmother Bonnie Rancourt.  Justin also loved his fur babies Lucky, Mocha and Dexter like crazy.

Justin's immense love and concern for his family, friends, and girlfriend were always his first priority.  His best days were when he was with them doing absolutely anything.  The most laughs occurred with his brother at night when they'd have their bedroom doorway conversations and both end up on the floor crying laughing.  He had a passion for collecting one-of-a kind clothing and first edition drops of exclusive items.  He absolutely loved finding the most unique fashion apparel and accessories to add to his wardrobe. His obsession and love of cars was without question, and he made sure he shared all of his knowledge and excitement with everyone. This included spontaneously screaming in the car or making us pull over to take pictures when he saw something that caught his eye while we're driving down the road. And of course we have to mention his love and expertise of technology.  He was always up for the challenge of figuring out how to fix and resolve issues, and was so proud of his accomplishments. His eclectic style of music was always on (from 80's to pop/punk/emo), he spoke through music and he had playlists for every occasion. The best times were the vacations, getaways, date nights, lego nights, gaming nights with his brother, cousins and friends, board game nights, and crazy silly shopping spree days.  We just learned how good he was at Irish dancing, or he thought it was Irish dancing anyways, and knowing the words to every song while singing in the car.  Those close to him knew about his love of sushi and exotic meals, and of course the ramen creations. The day wouldn't start without his dark roast coffee or espresso in the morning.

Justin had a heart of gold, love and generosity that not many even realized. And because he had such a loving heart and would do anything for anyone, he has given others the gift of life.  It gives some comfort to his family to know that he will get to share his beautiful heart.
