Joyce (Calabufalo) Foley, 77, of Hudson, NH, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Arbors of Bedford, with her loving family by her side.
She was born on September 21, 1947, to the late Ernest and Rose (Turco) Calabufalo in Waltham, MA. Joy was raised in Waltham, attended local schools and graduated from Waltham High School, class of 1965.
Joy was a devoted Catholic and Eucharistic Minister of Saint Anne's Parish in Hampstead, NH. She had a flair for decorating, relished cooking, and loved dancing. She found joy in planting and landscaping outdoors. Spending time with friends and family brought her happiness, particularly with her cherished grandchildren. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, a dedicated grandmother, and a friend to everyone who knew her.
Joy is survived by her children Kevin Foley and his wife Amy of Londonderry, NH, Kristin Foley and her lifelong partner Michael Fiori of Londonderry, NH, and David Foley and his wife Sarah of Methuen, MA; her grandchildren Ryan Young, Stephen Young, Michael Foley, Abigail Foley, Kailyn Foley and Jacek Foley; her sister Debra David; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her cherished husband, William "Bill" Foley, whom she shared 54 years of marriage with, she is also predeceased by her brother, Robert Calabufalo.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 1 – 4 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 10 at 10:30 AM at Saint Anne's Parish, 26 Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH. Interment will follow at the NH State Veteran's Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH.
