Joyce A. Demers, 73, of Salem, NH, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025, surrounded by family.

She was born on November 11, 1951, to the late Harold and Anna Marie Carrick, of Salem, MA. Joyce was raised in Salem, MA and then moved to Dracut, where she raised her family. She worked for Aramark at UMass Lowell for 25 years, when she retired proudly as the Catering Director.

Joyce cherished her Summers on Big Island Pond camping with family and friends. She enjoyed reading, cooking, knitting and above all, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren who were near and dear to her heart.

In addition to her parents, Joyce is predeceased by her husband Lawrence Demers.

She is survived by her daughters Tammi Forcier and her husband Andy of Salem, NH and Trish Demers of Salem, NH; her grandchildren Maddie and Drew; her siblings Joanne Keefe and her husband Frank, Matty Carrick and his wife Julie, and Mick Carrick and his wife Sue; and many loving nieces and nephew who she adored.
