Jill DeCesare, 56 of Salem, NH, died Monday at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA.

Jill was born in Haverhill, MA. She grew up and was educated in Hampstead, NH. She was a resident of Salem for the past 5 years, formerly of Hampstead.

Jill was a homemaker and had previously worked for PC Connections in Salem. She was a member of the Young Mothers Club in Hampstead, NH. She enjoyed painting, decorating, shopping, and traveling. Most of all Jill loved spending time with her family.

Jill was predeceased by her mother Shirley Rose (Campbell) Gilmartin.

She is survived by her children: Vanessa, Ella, and Camren DeCesare all of Hampstead, NH; Father: James Gilmartin Jr. of East Hampstead, NH; Siblings: Allison and her husband Jason D'Orlando of Apex, NC, and Kevin and his wife Jillian Gilmartin of Newburyport, MA; Nieces and Nephews: Haylie, Logan, Aria, Caden, and Thea.

Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours on Friday, November 15th from 9:30 – 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Rd, Windham, NH. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen, MA. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to Jill's children's college fund .
