Jean (Maslowski) Camasso, 79 of Derry, NH, died Tuesday at Lawrence General Hospital.

Jean was born in Lawrence, MA to the late Henry and Irene (Andrew) Maslowski. She grew up and was educated at St Mary's in Lawrence. Jean later attended Boston University. She loved her home in North Andover raising her family and spending summers on Big Island Pond, where she enjoyed 55 wonderful years. Jean also was a snowbird, enjoying her winters living in Gulfport, FL.

Jean worked as a Nurse for Lawrence General Hospital. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards, especially mahjong. She also enjoyed shopping with her sister Elaine and mostly loved time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great- grandchild.

Besides her parents, Jean was predeceased by her husband Charles Camasso.

She is survived by her sons Christopher C. Camasso of Derry, NH Peter A. Camasso and his wife Gina of Hudson, NH; Sister: Elaine Abraham; Niece: Audra Palermo; Grandchildren: Cristina, Nicholas, Cierra, and Meadow, with a new Great - Granddaughter Blake Hamilton
