Janice "Jan" Mary Anselmi, 76, of Hampstead, NH, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Lawrence General Hospital. She was born on April 4, 1948, in Lawrence, MA, to the late John and Mary (O'Connor) Murphy.

Jan was raised in Lawrence, where she attended St. Patrick's through elementary and high school before later earning her bachelor's degree from Salem State University. Upon her graduation, Jan devoted the following thirty years of her life teaching at the James F. Hennessey School in Lawrence. As her faith was of the utmost importance to her, she also spent her evenings and weekends serving as Eucharistic minister for both St. Lucy's Parish in Methuen, MA, and St. Anne's Parish in Hampstead, NH.

She is survived by her adoring daughter, Amy; her brother, John; and her two grandchildren, Lilly and Jack.

In addition to her parents, Jan was predeceased by the love of her life and owner of Anselmi and Associates, Paul Anselmi.

A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 10:30am, at St. Anne's Parish, 26 Emerson Ave, Hampstead, NH. Burial will take place at the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen at a later date.
