Janice R. Carter of Derry, New Hampshire, passed away on April 11, 2025. She was born on August 4, 1957, in Methuen, Massachusetts, to Orazio and Vincenza DiMauro. During her childhood, Janice attended Methuen Public Schools and actively participated in D.E.C.A., an organization that nurtures young leaders in marketing, finance, and management. Janice worked at Cal-O-Matic, a food distribution company that was owned and operated by her father and family. She also dedicated 25 years to the Internal Revenue Service, earning numerous accolades for her outstanding work performance.

Among family and friends, Janice was celebrated for her remarkable cooking skills, especially her legendary lasagna. Her home reflected her personal interests, showcasing a unique collection of bells and lion figurines in tribute to her Leo zodiac sign. Janice cherished spending time outdoors, hosting cookouts, playing darts, and sharing heartfelt moments with her grandchildren. She was also an active member of the Derry-Salem Elks, where she enjoyed gathering and socializing.

Janice is remembered by her sons, Eric and Joshua Carter; her cherished grandchildren, Rene, Chloe, Hannah, and Kaison; her sister, Kathy, and her brother, Robert. She also leaves behind her beloved dogs, Raya and Buster, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Janice was predeceased by her beloved husband, Terry, her brother, David, and her parents, Orazio and Vincenza DiMauro. Their memories remained deeply cherished throughout her life.
