Janet Bodman, 90, of Windham, NH, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 30, 1935, to the late James and Agnes (Wright) Haddow, in Everett, MA.

At the heart of Janet's life was her 67-year marriage to Harold Bodman. They were true companions, traveling together, building a family, and growing old side by side. Their decades of vacations and cruises together were among her most treasured memories, and their bond was an inspiration to all who knew them.

Janet worked for many years in customer service at Blue Cross Blue Shield. She was an avid reader, almost always accompanied by a large cup of tea. She enjoyed spending time with her family above all else.

Janet is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Bowman, of Windham, NH, and her grandchildren: Sarah, Emily, and Jillian.

In addition to her parents, Janet is predeceased by her husband, Harold Bodman; their daughter, Nancy Nelson; and her son-in-law, Fredrick Bowman.

Friends and family are invited to a Funeral Service on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at Windham Presbyterian Church, 1 Church Road, Windham, NH 03109.
