It is with profound sorrow that the family of Heather Ann (Hadley) Rocha announces her passing on April 8, 2025 at Parkland Medical Center in New Hampshire at the age of forty-eight after a brief but hard-fought battle with ovarian cancer. Her family and closest friends were at her side.

Born on May 17, 1976, Heather was raised and educated in the Andover, Massachusetts school system.

With the special talents of communicating, planning and connecting with people, she went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in speech/communications management from Emerson College and a Master's degree in public relations from Boston University. Heather's love of education and children destined her to achieve an Elementary Education Certificate from Framingham State University, and ever the planner, a Project Management Certification from Bryant University.

Her career was in Human Resources and she most recently was a Senior Manager, Global HR Change Management at Iron Mountain.

Celebrating 19 years of marriage, Heather sadly leaves behind her devoted husband, Jeffrey Rocha, and her much-loved and cherished three children.

Heather's life was happily complete when she and Jeff, the yang to her yin, welcomed their children: Carson James, Blake Edward and Hadley Ann Rocha, all of Salem, NH. She was their biggest cheerleader, #1 listener and was so very proud of them. Heather's creative imagination, communication and planning skills were the perfect recipe to raising strong, kind, resilient kids.

Heather will be greatly missed by her parents, Peter and Donna (Regan) Hadley, formerly of Andover, MA, now residing in Salem, NH; her sister, Wendy E. Hadley and partner, Christian Hanson, of Bradford, MA; her father-in-law, James Rocha and sister-in-law, Aimee Rocha, both of Attleboro, MA; and was predeceased by her mother-in-law, Paula Rocha.

In addition, she leaves behind her closest, loyal circle of beloved friends and coworkers who have supported and remained steadfast through her journey.

Heather will be remembered for her zest for life, boundless energy, spirituality, pride and devotion to her family and strong work ethic. Her unique sense of style and choice of bright colors to accentuate her flaming red hair, and her love of glitz and glamour (she added glitter to her wall paint!), alongside that infectious, lipstick-red smile, added a bright light and magic into all our lives.

One of her biggest passions was looking at something and imagining it differently – how to use it, how to beautify it or give it a new meaning and context. There wasn't a thrift store she didn't love and she loved a bargain.

Heather's imagination and creativity helped her plan one heck of a party, where everyone felt included and at home. There wasn't a theme Heather didn't tackle. Her determination brought these ideas to life, creating the most magical celebrations one could imagine.

A celebration of her life will be held at Carrier Funeral Home 38 Range Rd Windham, NH on April 23, 2025, 4-7 pm. Please bring your fondest memories of Heather to share with family and friends. A private burial will be held for immediate family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be graciously accepted in memory of Heather Rocha to the Ovarian Cancer Brigade's Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk team . The funds support Dr. Ursula Matulonis Ovarian Cancer Research Fund at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Or, because of her love of children and the toll it takes on their families, The Boston House which is a home-away-from-home for children with cancer and their families.
