Grace M. Heitzman, 90, of Kingston, NH, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at All American Assisted Living, Kingston, NH. She was born on October 3, 1935, to the late Frederick Miller and Deborah (Fredericks), in Salem, Ohio.
Throughout her life, Grace was always an athlete. She was an avid golfer and was even the Ladies Champion multiple years in a row, at the Apple Country Club, in Chelmsford, MA. Grace also played basketball, softball, bowling, and enjoyed bike riding. In her later years, she enjoyed watching the Celtics and the Red Sox on television. Grace will always be remembered as a high energy, loving, and caring, mother and grandmother. She was a caretaker to not only her family, but anyone around her.
Grace is survived by her children: Mike Mroz, and his wife Sue, of Fuquay Varina, NC, Ann Byrne, and her husband Paul, of Delray Beach, FL, Steve Mroz, of Boynton Beach, FL, Terri Gregson, and her husband Jack, of Effingham, NH, and Julie Dunajski, and her husband Mark, of Derry, NH; her siblings: Jerry Miller, Norman Miller, Dolly Stoffer, Bess Baronzzi, and Linda Fullum; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Grace is predeceased by both of her husbands: Julian E. Mroz, and Edward Heitzman; her siblings: Robert Miller, and Henry Miller; her daughter-in-law: Deborah Mroz; and her grandchildren: Katie (Gregson) Chilton, and John Nelson Byrne.
Friends and family are invited to Calling Hours on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 1-3 PM, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at St. Anne Church, 26 Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH 03841. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lowell, MA.
