George Gedraitis

George Joseph Gedraitis, 75, of Hampstead, NH, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2026, at the All American Assisted Living in Londonderry, NH.

He was born on August 4, 1951, to Genevieve (Augustinowicz) and Louis Gedraitis. George was raised in South Boston, Massachusetts and attended local schools.

George married the love of his life, Nancy (Baker) on October 27, 1972, and the couple raised their family in Reading, Massachusetts.

Being the hardworking and dedicated man that he was, George spent his 46-year career working as a Clerk for Stop & Shop in Massachusetts.

George always had to keep busy, whether he was putzing around his yard or working on his model trains and boats. He took great pride in his home, always ensuring it was kept clean. George also loved being around his family.

He possessed a strong faith and his relationship with God was something he held very dear.

George is survived by his children, Mark Gedraitis, Amy Choquette and her husband John, and Katie Saulnier and her husband Steve; as well as his grandchildren, Skyer, River, Vivian, and Nathan.

In addition to his parents, George was predeceased by his beloved wife, Nancy Gedraitis in 2018; and his brother, Louis Gedraitis.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
