Frank DiVincenzo, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on November 26, 1945, Frank was the second-born of five siblings to Frank and Alice (Reardon) DiVincenzo of Haverhill, MA. He was proud of his heritage, with paternal grandparents from San Sebastiano, Italy, and maternal grandparents from County Donegal, Ireland.

Frank was raised in a loving home, attending St. James School before continuing his education at the University of Arizona in Tucson. His commitment to his country was evident when he served as a U.S. Navy intelligence officer, participating in numerous missions and combat operations. Frank always spoke proudly of his time in the service, and it remained an important part of his identity throughout his life.

After his military service, Frank's adventurous spirit took him across Europe and the United States, where he eagerly embraced new adventures. It was during these travels that Frank discovered his entrepreneurial passion. He first worked with the Navajo and Zuni Native American tribes in Arizona, designing and crafting beautiful turquoise jewelry. Later, he opened the Blue Gem Jewelry Company at the Methuen Mall, a thriving business that showcased his creative talents and salesmanship. Frank's entrepreneurial journey continued with the founding of Andover Precious Metals, where he specialized in buying, selling, and designing custom gold jewelry. His business acumen extended into the stock market, where he worked as a stockbroker with Merrill Lynch and Paine Weber. Even in retirement, Frank continued to innovate, starting Basil World, a venture that allowed him to sell his famous giant basil plants to local markets.

Frank was a man of many talents, but above all, he cherished his role as a father. He is survived by his four children: Lisa Berglund and her husband Curtis, Christina DiVincenzo, Melissa Meighan and her husband Michael, and Zachary DiVincenzo. His pride and joy grew even more with the recent birth of his first grandchild, McCann Michael Meighan.

Known as the "character" of the family, Frank had an infectious sense of humor and an endless supply of stories that brought joy to all who knew him. Whether at family gatherings, holidays, or celebrations, Frank's lively tales and laughter filled the room, and he will be deeply missed by those who had the privilege of experiencing his warmth and spirit. One of Frank's favorite pastimes was spending time at the beach, where he enjoyed fishing, eating seafood, playing arcade games, and simply appreciating the beauty of the ocean with friends and family.

Frank is also survived by his sister, Sandra DiVincenzo; his brother, Martin DiVincenzo; and numerous extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Frank DiVincenzo, and his sisters, Maryann and Jean.
