Frank Tobin, 76, of Atkinson, NH passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Community Hospice House, after a courageous battle with ALS.

Frank was born on January 2, 1946, to Evelyn (Hardy) and Francis Tobin. He was raised in Manchester, NH and graduated from the University of New Hampshire. His career in retail management led him to the position of store manager at Sports Authority, also in Manchester. Frank and his wife lived and raised their family in the town of Pelham, NH.

Throughout his life, Frank was an outgoing and active person who found pleasure in golfing, fishing, skiing, and traveling. Running the New York marathon was one of his fondest memories. He also cherished family time, especially summer days spent at the beach cottage on Plum Island. He had an unbelievable determination to continue enjoying such pleasures despite his condition. He felt honored and grateful to his family and faithful friends who supported and connected with him during this isolating illness.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Barbara Tobin; his son, Chris Tobin; his daughter, Kimberly Finch and her husband Robert; his grandchildren, Colby and Ryan Finch; his sister, Jane Smith; as well as many supportive friends.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 14 ^th from 4 to 7pm at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087.
