Evren Jacob Paquette, our beautiful 8-month-old baby boy, passed away on June 17, 2024, at Boston Children's Hospital, following a brief illness. Evren was born on October 5, 2023, to his adoring parents, Shawna (Guillemette) and Israel Paquette.

He was a truly happy baby, who was always smiling and laughing. He loved reading books, being sung to, and snuggling with his parents. Evren loved mashed bananas, which was often accompanied by the banana song. He was fascinated watching cars go by and by the amazing views on the several vacations that he went on with his family.  His favorites however were Ogunquit, Maine, and Coco Beach, Florida. Evren loved giving big wet kisses and playing with toys, especially his favorite, his rainbow trout. Evren had said his first word, "Mama" just a few weeks ago. It is a word we would give anything to hear just one more time.

He was truly a blessing to the lives of his family. Evren was so incredibly loved and will be missed beyond measure.

Evren is survived by his beloved parents: Shawna Guillemette and Israel Paquette; his siblings: Abby and Haelie Paquette; his maternal grandparents: Michael "PawPaw" and Susan "Mia" Guillemette; his paternal grandparents: Ronald Paquette and Jennifer Raines, and Sandy Paquette; his uncle: Derek Guillemette; and his great-grandmothers, Helen Guillemette and Marguerite Boucher.

Evren's lasting impact on this earth will reach farther than just his family and friends. Evren has given the ultimate gift by donating his organs to children in need of transplant. The Paquette Family hopes that Evren's donation will save at least one family from the pain they are experiencing from this terrible loss.

Friends and family are invited to Calling Hours on Friday, June 21, 2024, from 9 to 11 AM, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at the funeral home at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery in Derry, NH following the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be sent to Morgan Stanley, 1155 Elm Street, 6th floor, Manchester, NH 03101. There will be a scholarship set up in Evren's name awarded annually to seniors at Pinkerton Academy where Evren would have attended high school.
