Elizabeth (Walsh)
Apprich
Sep 5, 1966 — Mar 20, 2025
Danville
Elizabeth "Beth" Walsh Apprich passed away unexpectedly on March 20, 2025. Born in Salem, MA on September 5, 1966, to Louis R. Walsh and Virginia R. Walsh, Beth was raised in the picturesque town of Marblehead, MA.
She attended Marblehead Public Schools. Beth was a remarkable athlete, fiercely competitive and passionate about sports. She excelled in soccer, softball, basketball, and field hockey, and was a formidable presence on the tennis court and a skilled skier. Her athletic prowess was matched by her academic achievements; she graduated from Marblehead High School in 1985 and continued her education at Denver University, where she studied business and was actively involved in social activities. Beth graduated from Denver in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in business.
After graduation, Beth went on to work for prominent institutions such as Smith Barney, Fidelity, Pell Rudman, Standish Ayer and Wood, and The Sports Team. She eventually retired to raise her son.
In 2004, Beth married Robert Apprich III, who preceded her in death, along with their daughter Tanner. They had a son, Travis Walsh Apprich, whom she adored and spent her years raising after the death of her husband. They lived in Danville, NH, where they were part of a supportive community. Travis was the light of her life and her most prestigious accomplishment.
Beth leaves behind her father, Louis R. Walsh of Marblehead, MA and Naples, FL; her sister, Jill Walsh Homan (Walter E. Homan), and their three children, Kiya Gerrish Homan, Griffin James Homan, and Blaze Gerrish Homan.
Beth will forever be remembered for her infectious laugh and vibrant smile. She was loved by many and known by most as a kind and loving soul. She will be missed by all who knew her but will be welcomed by many who have gone before her.
Beth's legacy of love, laughter, and strength will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and the community she touched. A celebration of Beth's life will be held at a later date to share their memories and honor her remarkable journey.
Beth's vibrant spirit, intelligence, and athleticism will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
