Kingston, NH - Elaine Marie Schultz, 85, died on November 25, 2024, at her home surrounded by close friends and family. Born in Southbridge, MA to Wilfred and Rubia Renaud, she graduated from Tantasqua High School, where she met her husband, James D. (Jim) Schultz. Elaine and Jim made a beautiful life in West Newbury, MA where they raised their four children.

Elaine and Jim founded Bridge Realty Development and Century 21 Bridge Realty, impacting the real estate industry in the lower Merrimack Valley.

After Jim's death, Elaine married William B. (Brad) Schultz. In 2006, they designed and built their new home in Kingston, NH. They spent many happy hours tending their beautiful gardens, walked daily, enjoyed holiday meals and events with family and friends, and caring for their grandchildren at the sanctuary they built.

Elaine had many interests, including Bunka, knitting, crocheting, and cooking; Christmas meat pies, a nod to her French-Canadian heritage, were her specialty. She also enjoyed traveling, camping, and family gatherings.

Elaine is survived by her son Michael Schultz and his husband Chad Hudson, daughter Kimberly Raymond, son Todd Schultz and his wife Susannah, nephew Neil Schultz and his wife Christina, niece Karen Straub, sister-in-law Gayle Renaud, cousins, and many grandchildren who brought joy to her life.

She was predeceased by her husbands, Jim and Brad, son Scott Schultz, grandson Dillon Schultz, and brother David Renaud.

Elaine's warmth, humor, quick wit, work ethic, and love for family and friends will forever be remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A celebration of Elaine's life will be held on February 1, 2025, from 12 PM to 3 PM at Jamison's Restaurant in Hampstead, NH. Friends and family are invited to gather and honor a life well-lived and dearly loved.
