Edward P. Morrison III, 46 of Danville, NH, died Friday from injuries sustained in an accident.

Ed was born in Malden, MA, grew up and was educated in Peabody, MA. He was a resident of Danville for the past 14 years, formerly of Salem, MA.

Ed was a project engineer for Northern Contracting in Canton, MA. He also served as the Building Inspector for the town of Danville, NH. Ed was very active in the town of Danville, coaching in baseball at various levels over the span of several years and for the Junior Wildcats Football team, where his 2016 team won the State Title in Pop Warner Football. For his many contributions to youth football and for his unwavering commitment to the mission of youth sports, he was honored with the awards of Coach of the Year for the Jr. Wildcats and Volunteer of the Year for NH Pop Warner Football in 2015. He loved his community and volunteering at the Danville Community Center. He loved riding motorcycles, fixing cars and skiing. He was an exceptionally talented craftsman and known as "The guy who could fix anything", never hesitating to offer his help whenever he could. Ed was known as an exceptional friend to many, with many friends he considered family. Most of all, Ed cherished his wife Roxanne and children Jared and Corinne. His love and pride for them cannot be adequately captured in words.

Sister in Law: Jackie and her husband Michael Maxwell of Rockland, MA, their daughter Avery, and Jackie's step sons Ryan and Jordan

He loved the honor of being chosen as God Parent to 5 children

Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, Feb. 27th from 4-8 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Rd, Windham, NH. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 28th at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Plaistow, NH.
