Donna E. Hanscom

Donna E. Hanscom, 79, of Derry, NH, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Parkland Medical Center, with her family by her side. She was born on May 18, 1947, to the late Leonard Rea and Dorothy (Aloncle), in Coxsackie, NY.

Donna grew up in Coxsackie, NY, and attended Coxsackie-Athens High School. She always enjoyed attending their many reunions. In her free time, Donna enjoyed dancing with her friends and spending time with her family. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and gained many close friends. Donna’s faith in Jesus Christ was always close to her heart. She was a member of the Life Crossing Church in Windham, NH for many years.

Donna is survived by her daughter: Denise True, and her significant other Steve Bertrand, of Hudson, NH; her grandchildren: Alyssa Hanley, and her husband Jake, and Olivia True; her longtime friend of 25 years: Melodie Brill; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Donna is predeceased by her husbands: Richard Jones, and Audley Hanscom; as well as her siblings: Sandra, Noel, Dennis, and Ronald.

Friends and family are invited to Calling Hours on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 9-11 AM, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Service will begin at 11 AM, at the funeral home.
