Dennis Boyd, 81 of Salem, NH, died on Wednesday, November 2, 2021 at Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH, less than 2 weeks after his beloved wife Susan passed away.

Dennis was born in Boothbay Harbor, Maine on October 10, 1941 to the late Ralph and Marie (Maloney) Boyd. He grew up and was educated in Westbrook, Maine, and was a resident of Salem, NH for the past 45 years.

Dennis worked as an aircraft mechanic for both United and Northwest Airlines in Boston; He and his wife, Susan, also owned and operated Boyd Tire Co., Inc in Lowell MA. Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable, Dennis loved to share his talents and skills, especially with his grandchildren. Dennis enjoyed music and dancing, never missing a chance to jitterbug with Susan at events or at home. Dennis will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Dennis is survived by his daughters Amy and her husband Rylin Slotterbeck of Gahanna, OH and Amanda Gosselin and Gregory Grady of Derry, NH

Brother: Keith Boyd and Priscilla Gilpatrick of Gorham, ME

Grandchildren: Kevin, Sean, Dakota, Kylie, and Mason

Friends and relatives are invited to private graveside services to be held Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 11 AM at Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
