David Krauss Jr, 60, of Derry, NH passed away unexpectedly, on September 4 ^th , 2022, while on a road trip to Florida.

He was born in Lawrence, MA to David Krauss and the late Betty Ann Durgin.

David was a selfless person who would give you the shirt off his back, whether you asked for it or not. He was a mechanic by trade, having worked in many auto centers throughout the years. He most currently worked at the VIP in Manchester, NH. He would help everyone with their auto woes. If he wasn't with his family, was helping all his friends at the local stock car racing tracks. David could always make people laugh and smile, in the good times and bad. He made everything fun and was a wonderful mentor to many. His newest passion was being the best Papa he could ever be to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Zina (Wisnewski) Krauss of Derry;

His daughter, Amy Krauss and her significant other, James Sederquest Jr of Salem;

His son, Craig Krauss and his wife Sara of Palm Bay, FL;

His stepdaughter, Marsha Zurwell and her husband Jason of Derry;

His grandchildren, Kaylie Zurwell, Samantha Elkins, Travis Kent, and Emma Krauss;

His father, David Krauss of Ossipee, NH;

His brother, Kevin Krauss;

His sisters, Cheri Krauss of Nashua and Brenda MacMillan of Allen, TX;

Nieces, Olivia and Gracie Krauss;

Nephews, Nicholas and Christopher MacMillan;

As well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 14 ^th from 4-7pm at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 7pm at the funeral home.
