Daniel David "Dan" Sweet, 57, of Salem, NH passed away on Wednesday evening, February 14th, 2024, at his home.

Dan was born on June 18, 1966, to Sarah Anne (Hooper) and Herbert Arthur Sweet, Jr. He was raised in Salem, NH and attended local schools. Following high school graduation, Dan began his career as a Fabricator and Welder.

He married Susan (Diola) on September 3, 2022, and the couple raised their daughter in Salem.

Dan was a hardworking, kind, and loyal man. He was the type of man to give the shirt off his back and help anyone in need. Dan was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He loved spending time with his pride and joy, his daughter Blake. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and going camping.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan (Diola) Sweet; his beloved daughter, Blake; his mother, Sarah "Sally" Sweet; his sisters, Cheryl Anne McCarthy, Deborah DeSantis, Suzette Stratton, and Carol Johnson; his best friend, Frank Raza; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Dan was predeceased by his father, Herbert A. Sweet, Jr.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 17th from 10am to 12pm, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12pm at the funeral home.
