Claire M. (Ninteau) Mendys, 76, of Merrimack, NH, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.
She was born on September 24, 1947, to Pauline (Fisette) and Raymond Ninteau. Claire was raised in Lowell, Massachusetts and attended local schools. Her career was spent in manufacturing, working for RCA, Raytheon, and BAE.
Throughout her life, Claire humbly made everything beautiful with her loving touch. She adored her family and had a special place in her heart for cats. In retirement she learned to play piano and enjoyed arts and crafts, especially painting..
She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Richard Mendys; her son, Steven Feeney and his wife Sherry; her grandchildren, Mark, Kyle and his wife Bailey, and Caroline; her great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Lucie; her sister, Denise Thellen; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A chapel service will be held on Monday, February 26,  at 12 pm, at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 DW Highway, Boscawen, NH 03303.
