Charles F. "Chuck" Harkins, Jr, 62, of Hampstead, NH, passed away on Thursday, November 16th, 2023, after a long battle with ALS.

He was born on November 10, 1961, to Joan (Saunders) Charles F. Harkins. Chuck was raised in Gloucester, MA and attended local schools.

Chuck was a retired US Army Staff Sgt, who served his country for 15 years. After the military he spent his career in sales and retired as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Hudson Technologies, in Pearl River, NY.

He was a car enthusiast who loved classic muscle cars, especially his custom built trans am. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Sherry (Huff) Harkins; his children, Elizabeth Harkins of Birmingham, AL, Eric and his wife Erin Harkins of Nottingham, NH, Shannon Harkins, of Manhattan, KS, and Madi Valade of Hampstead, NH; his granddaughter, Hallie Harkins; and his sisters, Sonja and Jon Browne of Raymond, NH, and Kim Harkins of Colorado Springs, CO; his step-mother, Elaine McGall of Fremont, NH, his father-in-law, John R. Huff, of Hampstead, NH, and his brother-in-law, John M. Huff and his wife Andrea; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Chuck was predeceased by his brother, Scott Harkins.

Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours on Friday, November 24th from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH.
