On August 11, 2025, Carol Lynn Sheppard Toth, age 61, passed away peacefully after a long difficult illness. She was born and raised in Lynn, MA and moved to Londonderry, NH in 90's.

She attended Lynn schools and was a 1982 graduate of Lynn Tech. She went on to begin her career at Raytheon, in Waltham and Quincy. Later she was employed by the world-renowned Draper Labs in Cambridge. She was hired as a temp, with just Raytheon experience and her high school diploma, but she quickly proved her value, through her drive for perfection and attention to detail. Carol was quickly offered a permanent position and within 18 months, was promoted to supervisor.  Within 3 years, she was promoted to Staff.

Carol enjoyed fall foliage, the White Mountains, and a once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii. She was an avid Patriots and Jimmy Buffet fan. She was known, on occasion, to sport her coconut bra and was always ready for Sunday football with her picks for the day. She was generous and always there for others, but she was a force to be reckoned with!  You also always knew where you stood with her.  She will be missed terribly by all who loved her.

She is predeceased in death by her parents, William (Bill) & Frances (Fran) Sheppard.

She leaves her son Michael & his partner Leandra and her daughter Ayanna, her loving partner of many years, John DeCenzo, his daughter Rebecca and her husband Matt. She also leaves her sister Diane Sheppard Gulla and husband Dominic; brother's, Steven Sheppard and wife Carol and William Sheppard and wife Lisa; along with nieces, Nicole, Maria & Alexandra; and nephews, Cameron, Kenneth & Kevin.

Per her wishes, Carol will be cremated and her ashes scattered in a private gathering. Please make any memorial contributions to one of many homeless charities of your choice. This would make her happy.
