Billie Jo-Ann Toomey, 48, of Derry, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 11, 2022, in Lawrence, MA. She was born on October 9, 1974, to Maryline (Roy) Daley, and her stepfather George Daley, in Lawrence, MA.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children: Joslin Ayala, of Londonderry, NH, Juan Soto, Fort Hood, Texas, and Jonathan Soto, of Methuen, MA; her former significant other, Juan Soto Sr.; her siblings: Annette Lyons, of Florida, and Robert Daley and his wife Crystal, of Vermont; her step siblings: George Rouille, and his wife Tricia, of Nashua, NH, and Joseph Rouille, and his wife Stacy, of New York; as well as her grandchildren: Jaden, Evana, and another on the way.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 17 ^th from 4 to 7pm, at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday morning, at 11 AM, at Mary Queen of Peace Church, 200 Lawrence Road, Salem, NH 03079.
