Barry Wayne Newcombe

Barry Wayne Newcombe, 85, of Windham, NH passed away on June 21, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on June 21, 1941, in Montreal, Canada and was raised in Burlington, Massachusetts. Following graduation from high school, Barry began his career with Volkswagen in Wilmington, where he happily worked for over 25 years.

Barry married the love of his life, Janet (Caron), and the couple raised their family in Windham, New Hampshire. Throughout their years together, they enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and their annual month-long stays at Salisbury Beach. Barry enjoyed a cigar from time to time and was known for his love of eggs and homefries, often eating up to half a dozen a day. Most of all, the loved time spent with his family, especially his five boys.

He is survived by his sons, Kyle Newcombe and his wife Alina, Barry Newcombe and his wife Numa, Todd Newcombe and his wife Dina, Patrick Newcombe, and Chad Newcombe; and his grandchildren, who lovingly called him “Bampi”, Alex, Christian, Kyle, Charlyse, Sam, Xavier, Brody, and Levi.

Barry was predeceased by his beloved wife of 54 years, Janet Newcombe, and his siblings.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
