Angelina Barot Salvador, 82, of Windham, NH, passed away on Wednesday evening, February 12th, 2025, at her home.
Angelina was born on August 4, 1942, to Angela (Manuel) and Edilberto Barot. She was raised in the Philippines where she attended Saint Theresa's in Quezon City and University of Santo Tomas in Metro Manila. She immigrated to the United States at the age of 19 and went on to earn her master's degree at Boston College. Angelina married Renato Salvador on December 27,1966. The couple raised their children Cindy, Eric, Gary, and Angela in Windham, NH. She spent most of her career working as a technical writer, at PSI in Andover, Galactic Industries in Salem, and most recently for Loftware in Portsmouth, prior to retiring in 2004.
Angelina's grandchildren were truly the light of her life. She loved cooking for them and genuinely enjoyed any time spent together.
Angelina is survived by her children, Eric Salvador and his wife Tara of Wilmington, MA, Gary Salvador and his wife Bridget of Windham,NH, Angela Flanagan of Nottingham, NH; her grandchildren, Reilly Salvador, Tommy Flanagan, Sydney Salvador, Stephen Salvador, Christian Ginsberg, Matthew Flanagan, Kendall Salvador, Aubrey Salvador, and Jack Salvador. She is also survived by her brother, Benjamin Barot, her sister, Eleanor Oñate and brother-in-law, Jose Oñate. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, as well as extended family members, Paul and Karen Nassab, and their sons, Andrew and JD of Parkville, MO, Jeanne and Bill Cashin and Steve Miers of Windham, Craig Miers of Sandown, Katie Ward of Danville, and CJ Miers of Brentwood.
In addition to her parents, Angelina was predeceased by her beloved husband, Renato Salvador in 2011; her daughter, Cindy Ginsberg in 2019; as well as her siblings, Edilberto Barot, Rodolfo Barot, Norma Patacsil, and Lydia Barot.
A Period of Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd, from 11am to 12pm, with a celebration of life immediately following at 12pm, at Carrier Funeral Home in Windham, NH.
