Alfred S Venuti, 82, of Windham, NH, formerly of Wilmington, MA, died Wednesday, June 20, at the Salemhaven Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, NH where he stayed briefly after complications from surgery.

Alfred was born in Lowell, MA the son of the late Alfred and Stella (Fierley) Venuti. Alfred grew up and was educated in Woburn, MA. He is a US Air Force veteran and worked as a respected Police Officer in Wilmington, MA for over 20 years. He was a resident of Windham for the past 20 years. He enjoyed gardening and working around the house.

Alfred is survived by his beloved wife Mary G. (Santo) Venuti, with whom he shared 59 years of marriage. He was the devoted father of Mark Venuti and his wife Erica (Svenson) of Newton, NH; David Venuti and his partner Wendy Daigle of Windham, NH and Elizabeth (Venuti) Collins and her husband John of Hudson, NH. Loving grandfather of Alyssa Collins, Lindsey Venuti, Camden Collins, Joseph Venuti, Anthony Venuti, Benjamin Venuti and Angelina Venuti. Loving great-grandfather of Paislee Lortie-Collins. In addition, he is survived by his sisters Catherine (Venuti) Rosander and her husband Henry; Marcia (Venuti) DeLeo and her husband Alphonse and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours on Sunday June 24th from 2-6 PM at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Rd, Windham, NH. Funeral services will be held on Monday June 25th at 10:30 AM the funeral home. Burial will follow in New Plains Cemetery, Windham, NH.
